Sewer Rates

The Authority provides sewer service to Peachtree City customers. Water rates for Authority customers are determined as services are provided by the Fayette County Water System.

Effective December 2010, as approved by the Authority’s Board, Peachtree City Residential sewer rates include a $26.00 base fee, plus a consumption fee of $4.65 per 1,000 gallons of metered water used each month. Authority sewer rates for Industrial, Commercial and Multi-Family property owners include a $26.00 base fee, plus a consumption fee of $6.15 per 1,000 gallons of metered water. The Authority’s sewer rates are established to operate a system that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements as well as support the funding necessary to maintain a robust and resilient infrastructure system.
