Customer service is a priority for the Authority, and is a focus for our staff within the three Authority departments (Operations, Collections/Conveyance, and Support Services). The Authority’s priority is to maintain uninterrupted service on behalf of its customers; please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding the performance of the sewer system.
For our customers, your sewer services are provided by the Authority, your drinking water and water services are provided by Fayette County Water System, while your monthly bill for both is administered by the Fayette County Water System.
